Each can contains only tuna steak seasoned with a touch of sea salt and no added water or oil so there is nothing to drain. The natural juices enhance the mild, yet rich tuna flavor. Each 5oz serving contains 38g of protein and an average of 170mg EPA and DHA Omega-3s.
